Hard to give a robust conclusion given the large uncertainties at even a minimum
depth of 2000m… However since 2003 no offset is outside the range and the
absolute weighted mean is also within the limits. Maintain with doubts. Note
that data itself look good.

Quite difficult decision as all crossover cruises show a clear positive offset.
However, 10 out of 11 offsets are still within the limits and offsets also ofetn
decrease with depth... Given this is a variable region and the most recent
crossover (6 years old) actually shows the best match - maintain.
