is clearly accurate as also reflected by a weighted mean offstet of only 0.55.

Comparibly good evidence for accurate data following the crs analysis. Note that
both cruises from 35A31993 could not be 2nd Qced. The carbon interconsistency
check (type 3) shows an improved crs fit of calculated DIC if pH is adjusted
upward by 0.006 (from an offset of 6umol/kg to an offset of 4umol/kg).
Nevertheless, I wouldn't suggest any adjustment here. Maintain.

is not very robust. However, as no clear pattern is visible and the absolute
weighted mean is still within the range I'd suggest to maintain and give it a
