Many crs cruises (most of the UF and UP cruises) did not recieve a full 2nd QC
themselves… thus in cunjunction with their restricted depth the large
variability is not very sursprising. But with roughly 60% of the offsets within
the range and a weighted mean also clearly within the range it seems ok to
conclude accuarcy within the range. Maintain.

Tough one... Apart from the offset with UP20100514 all offsets above 0.017
result from crs with cruises which did not receive a full 2nd QC. Nonetheless,
given that there are quite a few of these one should not deam them unaccurate.
However, I would simply interprete that at these depths the variability of pH is
very large and hence a very large spread in offsets is natural. UP20130619 is
not 2nd Qced as well but this cruise on the other hand gives me confidence that
an adjustment wouldn't be justified. Interconsistency though indicates a too
high value as well but with a mean offset of 0.0093 it is still within the
range. Maintain.
