A consistent high offset (mean of 0.017) independant of depth and location is
present in the crs. Also, the carbon interconsistency check indicates too high
values but the mean offset is still within the limits (0.009). For now, ignoring
that many of the new JMA cruises show these high crs offsets I'd suggest a
downward adjustment to yield good carbon interconsistency at least. Adjust
downward.
