49UP20141112 - alkalinity
This crs analysis is actually a bit misleading. All three outliers (UF2013,2012)
have not been 2nd Qced. If these ones are ignored weighted mean is a lot closer
to zero and it becomes muhc clearer that this criuse has accurate TA data.

Not a very robust 2nd QC as it relies on usually 4 stations only and only one
deep profile, hence the large std (minimum of 0.005). However, it is quite
striking that 14 (out of 16) crs offset means are above 0.01. Note that for
49UP20130619 a 2nd QC has not been possible. Interconsistency check confirms
this finding with an offset of 0.0095 +/- 0.0077. Adjust accordingly downward.

Not a very robust 2nd QC as it relies on usually 4 stations only and only one
deep profile, hence the large std (minimum of 0.005). However, it is quite
striking that 14 (out of 16) crs offset means are above 0.01. Note that for
49UP20130619 a 2nd QC has not been possible. Interconsistency check confirms
this finding with an offset of 0.0095 +/- 0.0077. Adjust accordingly downward.

This crs analysis is actually a bit misleading. All three outliers (UF2013,2012)
have not been 2nd Qced. If these ones are ignored weighted mean is a lot closer
to zero and it becomes muhc clearer that this criuse has accurate TA data.

sign crs offset means are very close to zero and insign. crs confrim the good
impression. Barely passed the 2nd QC but it passed. Maintain.
