Only four sign crs and the 3 recent ones (younger 2011) show a positive offset
at/above the limit. However, the large quantity of new cruises which have
"received" similar offsets stand against a real bias or point out the need for
strong (stronger than usual) evidence. A perfect interconsistency (offset of
4.5987e-04) is about the opposite of that evidence. Maintain.

Only four sign crs and the 3 recent ones (younger 2011) show a positive offset
at/above the limit. However, the large quantity of new cruises which have
"received" similar offsets stand against a real bias or point out the need for
strong (stronger than usual) evidence. A perfect interconsistency (offset of
4.5987e-04) is about the opposite of that evidence. Maintain.
